BioHi, I'm Sam. This is the recipe transcription project. My Dad and his Mom and Dad, all chefs, the first professionally and the rest casually, have died, but left me scads of recipes. I'm transferring them all from 3x5 cards to digital format, indexed by tags as a way of preserving their legacy and beginning mine.
Named such because it's usually not until November that it cools off enough to turn on the oven.
